TEC-44
Product Features The TEC-44 is a microprocessor operated ball valve, designed to remove condensate from deliquescent dryer, tank, vessels and refrigerated dryers.
The TEC-44 is designed to remove high viscosity effluents at pressure ratings up to 40 Bar. This condensate drain can not be blocked and is applied where all else fail.
Draining applications with a high level of contamination (rust, scale etc.) require the TEC-44. The TEC-44 is impossible to block due to its powerful ball valve rotation and large orifice.
Commercial Benefits

Pneumatic operated zero air loss condensate drain
The POD is designed to remove upto 850 gallons of condensate from compressed air systems per hour. The POD uses compressed air as its power source to operate. It is therefore ideally suited to apply on applications where power is not available or desired. The operations is automatic and there is no compressed air lost during the condensate disch
rge cycle. The POD will save compressed air and electricity costsKey features
• Zero air losr during the condensate discharge
• No electricity required to operate the drain
• Condensate level indication, allowing visual inspection
• 150 Gallons of condensate discharge per hour maximum
• Medium pressure 45 to 230 psi
• Pneumatic operated valve – not diaphragm type
• Large (1/4″) valve orifice
• The diaphragm valve is servicing
• Test feature
• Suitable for all types of compressed air systemsSpecifications
